Lets Face It Limited reserves the right to refuse a request to open an Account and further Terminate an Account in circumstances where a breach(s) of its Terms, including misuse of the site, have occurred.

Use of Account

Each user will be issued with a unique user name and password which may be changed by Lets Face It Limited at any time. Whilst we are happy to encourage additional Customers to use the site we would advise users to contact us for an additional log in for family, friends or staff. This can be in the form of a sub account where the Account Holder remains the prime point of contact and responsible person or as formal New Account Application process.

Each user is responsible for all activity undertaken using their log in to access the site.

Trading Terms

As part of the Account Application process you will be issued with our Current Terms and Conditions and any reference here is an addition to or an extract of those Terms. Our Terms and Conditions apply to all our dealings with you regardless of whether via our Website, Email, Telephone, Fax, Letter or other form.

Highlights Relevant to Orders


Submission of an Order whether Online, By Email, Fax, Letter or Other form constitutes an Offer to Purchase. No Contract exists until we receive and accept your order (which we do at our discretion). This is signalled by the issue by Lets Face It Limited of an Order Confirmation document and any other automatically generated Order or Payment Acknowledgement does not constitute such a Confirmation.

Should there be a problem or query with your Request we will get in touch with you in order to clear these and get your approval to either amend or cancel the Offer to Purchase as you see fit.

The Order Confirmation will set out the final Quantities and Prices for Goods E & OE, however unless otherwise stated Services are Time based and therefore please note that the final Invoice may vary from the Estimate provided. Please see our current “How we Charge” guide for full details regarding how we calculate our bills for Services and Other Charges. This will include our standard Order Processing Charge.


The payment methods open to you are shown during the checkout process on the site. Lets Face It Limited reserves the right to not process any order until cleared funds have been received. If we require alternative payment arrangements then we will notify you before or via your Order Confirmation.


We will advise of an estimated delivery date and endeavour to meet this target. However where goods are out of stock and are being ordered on your behalf we are not in control of delivery dates. We cannot therefore accept any liability for losses arising from the late delivery of an item. If special delivery requirements are requested then an additional charge may be applied.

Risk and Title

All risks shall transfer to the Customer on delivery of the Goods or Services. With the exception of death and damage to property due to negligence or fraudulent representation, in all cases the liability of Lets Face It Limited will be no greater than the total Order (Contract) Value.

Title to all goods remains the property of Lets Face It Limited until those Goods have been paid for in full.

Cancellation and Returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your Purchase from Lets Face It however we understand that this may not always be the case.

Our Right to Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel the Order if our Terms are breached for instance if payment is not forthcoming. Also in the event that the Goods or Services are no longer available or an error has occurred we reserve the right to offer you an alternative which if not accepted would be deemed a Cancellation by you.

Your Right to Cancel

If you have changed your mind then we will normally accept your request to Cancel if we are notified within Seven Days of your Order Confirmation. Exceptions to this include where the item is of a specialist nature or if the original packaging has been opened. In these situations we may charge for costs to the level that ensures Lets Face It Limited suffers no Financial Loss from the Cancellation. In all cases you will be responsible for the costs of returning any Goods that have already been delivered.

Returns and Warranty

The following paragraphs are designed to give you an overview of our policy.

Goods Faulty on Arrival

If you are reporting faulty goods within 14 days of receipt then when the goods are returned to us complete, we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. Alternatively with your agreement a repair or replacement may be offered.

Goods Damaged in Transit

If your goods were damaged in transit, we request that you report it to us within 7 days. If goods are visibly damaged on receipt, its best to sign the delivery note accordingly. Once the damaged goods have been returned back to us we’ll issue a full refund to you via your original payment method. Alternatively with your agreement a repair or replacement may be offered.

Goods Faulty in Warranty Period

If you are reporting faulty goods after 14 days of receipt, then provided your product is within its warranty period, you will be entitled to a warranty repair. Please contact us so that we can assist with an appropriate response in order to get the issue resolved for you. Our aim is always to try to minimise the inconvenience that this will cause to you.

Used Stock or Refurbished Items

Please note that our used stock is sold with 3 months warranty only, and therefore any claims under the warranty after 3 months of receipt will be refused.

Environment and Ethical Policy

Lets Face It Limited attempts to be as ethical and environmentally friendly in its activities as possible. The legislative framework governing our activities is currently in a period of transition which is, and will continue to, impact on our responsibilities not only with regard to the supply of new Goods but also with regard to the disposal of ‘Old Equipment’. As these become clear we will aim to update our Customers on how these affect our dealings with them and naturally with any new Services that we choose to offer.
